Hello lovely people! I hope this newsletter finds you well and you're all staying safe. Here in the Netherlands, things are starting to open up again. There are mixed opinions about this but as my husband and I live in a tiny village, with more cows than people, we are quiet happy hanging out with the animals until either we start to actually smell like them or we get so sick of banana bread that we start eating grass too!
Anyway, speaking of animals, I just thought I would post this tiny video of an alpaca I made friends with this week, whilst out for an early morning walk. There is an alpaca farm at the end of our road and as I was walking past, this one was being particularly friendly and cute. Anyway, lots to tell, so I'd better crack on!
Firstly, a big thank you to all of you for the wonderful feedback I've had about my SPACE SUSHI collection. The fabric has been very popular on SPOONFLOWER and many
of you took advantage of last month's discount in my SHOP and treated yourselves to a few items with this fabulous design. I have no idea if that's because we have 'Star Wars' day coming up......May the fourth????? But it certainly looks good on all my products. I'm considering buying some of the wallpaper for my new studio. I keep changing my mind between designs but I'll let you know what I choose.
So, some of you may remember that the SPACE SUSHI design came about because of a design challenge I entered at Spoonflower, well the current challenge is called Seashells and this is my entry, SEASHELLS PIK n MIX. The voting has started so now I have to wait a few days to see how I do so keep your fingers crossed and make sure you're following me on my socials to find out the result. You can buy this on ready made items in my SHOP and I'll let you know when the fabric is available to buy as soon as it's ready.
The best seller for last month came from the lovely DAISY CHAIN collection and it was the very pretty and extremely useful zip pouch in Minky Mauve. It comes in a range of colours, you can check them out here.
Speaking of DAISY CHAIN, as promised, I have another fabulous GIVEAWAY this month. This time you can win a gorgeous TOTE BAG from the DAISY CHAIN collection.
